The birthday girl at one of her favorite places, the beach. She is our feisty, funny, smart, five year old. We love her!
Typically we go to Oceanside but decided to try out Moonlight State Beach Park.
This is our truck parked on the steep street.
The sand was rougher and the seashells were all broken at this beach compared to where we go in Oceanside. We met some nice people from Utah who let us try out their boogie boards.
Sunset. While Paul was taking this picture my shoe went missing. Turns out it fell out of the truck and bounced into the storm drain. Luckily it didn’t get far because it landed on a ledge.
We went up the PCH to get to Oceanside. We thought this gas station sign was funny.

Dinner and dessert at Ruby’s. While we were waiting for our table we were on the pier and we got to see seals swimming in the water. Too bad it was so dark and I couldn’t get any pictures.
Eve was a bit shocked when they brought her the birthday dessert and sung to her.
