Space and Science Night

The kids’ school is designated as a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) school. Every year they have reading night, math night, and space and science night. They always have so many great activities that you can’t possibly get to everything in the two hours we are there. This time they also had other elementary schools, the middle school, and the high school in our area participate.

Happy Valentine’s Day!

Our Valentine’s Day tradition is heart shaped pizzas. Our tradition started the first year we were married when a restaurant offered free pizza dough for Valentine’s Day. We have since added orange crème soda to the tradition.

Valentine Social

Last Friday was the Valentine Social at the kids’ school. Ellie danced the night away and was so tired at the end. Eve and her friend Chloe really got into the dancing after a little bit. They were trying to imitate what the bigger kids were doing. We don’t have any pictures with Nate because he wasn’t dancing but he was making cards, hanging out in the book fair, and reading his new book.

Eve really likes to paint and color. Her favorite place to do this is outside.
