Ellie loves to have coffee milk with Oma.

The tree on the property line of my (Mandy’s) parent’s house decided to break off and fall into the street. Ellie was so excited to tell us the story about how Opa called 911 and the policemen didn’t come but the firemen came and chopped the tree up.

Getting ready to dance.

Doing stretches. This one is the butterfly. The teacher asked each student where they would fly if they were a butterfly and Ellie said “to a butterfly mama and she is right there.”

They did a short dance of the four seasons. The first picture Ellie is hiding her snowflakes and the second she is snowing. They then created a blizzard by all dancing around each other.

They formed a circle and were curled up to become seeds and the teacher watered them until they bloomed.

They then swirled around with butterflies symbolizing spring. Doing sashay and arabesque movements. It was great fun to listen to Ellie use such big words.

They were then fairies that danced through the summer.

Then they were fall leaves. Ellie loved dancing camp although she did miss her family.

4th of July

Ellie went with Oma and Opa to Flagstaff and the rest of us went to Grammy and Grampy’s house. We went swimming and had a barbecue. Then we watched the Tempe Town Lake fireworks.
