Happy Birthday Ellie!!!!

Friday night birthday party with friends. They made star “treasure boxes.” Ellie originally wanted Daddy’s face on her cake and asked if Mommy could do that. Mommy tried to come up with how to frost Daddy’s face on the cake. At the beginning of the week she said she wanted everyone on the cake. Mommy said she could only do stick figures so that is what she ended up with on her cake.

Ellie asked, after she tried on her Converse shoes, if she could take off the cucumbers now (instead of Converses).

Busy Week

We had a very busy week this week. Here are some of the highlights.

Eve the soldier. Nate and Ellie decided Eve should wear the pretend armor. Then they gave her a Tinker Toy as a sword. She mostly was trying to figure out how to get her sword in her mouth but in the process it looked like she was trying to fend off Nate and Ellie with it.

 

On Monday we watched Drew. It was supposed to be date night for his parents but there was a change in plans. He stayed overnight with us because his parents were sent to the hospital. His baby sister was born early Tuesday morning. We had a great time!

Nate lost his 6th tooth on Monday.

Nate’s Komodo Dragon habitat that was on display at open house on Thursday.
