Last Sunday we had a deal that we had to use so we got our food to go and headed to the nearest park since it was such a nice day. Clifford (from preschool) also got to join us on our picnic.

Stormy turned 6!
On September 24th Stormy turned 6 years old. Stormy always enjoys his birthday treat of tuna “cake” with treats on top. On his birthday he also gets to eat at the table.
Crazy times in the Winn house
We have new neighbors and there are now three kids next door. We have not really had neighbors with kids in our kids’ age group. The kids were all instant friends. One Saturday they came over and watched movies which resulted in a crazy dance party during the credits.
One day the kids and Paul were building rocket packs. Eve wanted a picture with Ellie’s rocket pack.
First Friday
Well we have already had our second first Friday event with TNT and I am just now blogging about the first first Friday event. We meet at PCS for food and fellowship. On the first Friday in September the school was hit by a microburst that knocked out the electricity and knocked down some trees and fences. The kids had a great time playing in the puddles on the basketball court. Paul spent most of the time helping cut down the tree that had fallen from the school property onto the street. We ate outside because it was dark inside. The power did finally come back on about a half hour before we left.
