We had so much fun at the zoo with a lot of friends.
Feeding the ducks while we wait for everyone to arrive.
We always have to stop at the treehouse by the Savannah. Ellie, Kaley, and Nate are jumping on the suspension bridge.
Zebras.
The kids oldest to youngest but missing LB, Miren, and Eve.
The girls by the baboons.
The baboon came right to the window so the younger ones could actually see it. We told Eve to say hi to the baboon and she turned an waved to Miren in the stroller next to her. Then she turned and waved to the baboon.
The meerkats were up and about and really close to us. Zach thought maybe they might want to eat us.
The male lion was up and roaming.
After lunch we played on the tractors in Harmony Farm.
Then we went to the spider web which is Nate’s favorite.
Then on to the treehouse.
We rode the carousel. Eve loved riding on an animal instead of on the bench.
Checking out Yakulla Caverns.
The monkeys were putting on a show and it made it east to explain why monkey bars are called that.
Prairie dog feeding time. They were even squeaking and chattering to each other.
Roadrunner on the left top and owl in the crook of the branch.
The mountain lion and bobcat were up and about. They must have known a storm was coming.
Our last stop, before one more carousel ride, was Stingray Bay. Nate and Kaley loved touching the stingrays. Ellie was not to fond of it and Avery eventually warmed up to it. Nate keeps begging to go back he liked it so much. We did get a little wet since the stingrays periodically would splash.
