We rode the free shuttle bus from Estes Park into Rocky Mountain National Park. It was a busy day in the park.
We got off the very crowded shuttle bus at Glacier Gorge to hike to Alberta Falls. It was the first day of our time in Colorado that there wasn’t a forecast for thunderstorms. We did get a little bit of rain but no lightning.
We then hiked from Alberta Falls to Bear Lake.
This elk decided to stroll down the path and model for all of us.
Waiting for the shuttle to take us back to the Park and Ride so we could continue on to Estes Park.
We headed back to Loveland and had dinner with Eric’s brother Josh and his wife and their baby.
