We headed out Friday morning. Since we were in no hurry to get home, we stopped by the Skechers Factory Store. Everybody ended up with a pair of Skechers as souvenirs.
They had this reflecting pool and fountain outside the store. The kids could’ve stayed there for a long time.
On the road again. We had lunch at Del Taco in some small town in California.
Saw snow on the mountains and of course wind turbines (or as Eve calls them wintervines).
We got stuck in traffic and stopped at the first gas station after the traffic like everyone else. There was a long line for the bathroom. We decided to get ice cream at the ice cream shop in the gas station. While we waited for Opa, Oma, and Nate, the girls pretended to be animals.
We had our ice cream. Nate decided to hang out by a pole and watch the world go by.
Back in Arizona. I like to take pictures of the moon. Paul likes to tease me about it.
Sunset and the moon.
We stopped at McDonald’s in Quartzsite for dinner and headed home.
