Since Nate’s birthday is right in the middle of the busy Christmas season, we decided to have his birthday party later. Ellie was going to a sleepover and so we thought that it would be the perfect opportunity for Nate to have a sleepover. He invited three friends. The party consisted of Lego playing, light saber duels, and Wii playing. We had mini pizza cookies for dessert and donuts for breakfast. The boys didn’t go to sleep until after 11 pm but that is what happens at sleepovers.
When Ellie got in Avery’s van after church to go to her sleepover, Eve was very sad. So we invited Avery’s sister, Miren, to come stay the night with us. Miren is Eve’s best friend. They had a great time and it kept Eve from being pesky to the boys.
