We spent the morning of New Year’s Eve at urgent care. Ellie had fallen getting off of her friend’s trampoline on Monday and we didn’t think her arm was broken. However, when I pushed on her arm on Tuesday she winced and said that it hurt really bad so at 8:00 am on Wednesday morning we were at urgent care. Turns out it was broken. Luckily it was only halfway through. We later found out she had also bent the other bone. She got a splint on until the orthopedic doctor would cast it on Friday. She was a real trooper through it all.
We celebrated the new year at Madderom’s house. It had been raining and our sparklers did not work very good but we still had fun ringing in the new year with good friends.
