Nate’s school participated in King Arthur flour’s Bake for Good program. They had a presentation at school on the science and math of baking bread as well as how to make bread. Each student was given a kit to make their own bread. Each student was supposed to make a loaf of bread to pass on to others and one to keep for themselves. They donated the bread to Chaneni House for their Thanksgiving dinner. Nate really enjoyed making the bread.
We made cinnamon rolls with our loaf. They were delicious!
