On Friday of Fall Break we went to the AZ State Fair. We were eating lunch and the vendor that was next to the table we were eating at came up to us and said that someone had just paid for three ice creams for us. The vendor said it was an older lady that thought our kids were cute. The girls enjoyed chocolate ice cream cones and Nate enjoyed a root beer float.
The girls enjoyed the petting zoo. Nate decided he would rather sit out.
Nate and Ellie wrote book reports for the fair and got three free rides. Their first ride was the Moscow Circus fun house. They were a bit unsure of the moving sidewalks.

We were walking through an exhibit hall and a lady came up to me and offered me the rest of her ride tickets. Her card had enough for Eve to ride three rides. Her first choice were the sparkly tractors.
All three decided to go on the bouncing buggies.
Eve’s last ride was the train.
The kids wanted cotton candy as their fair treat. We enjoyed it while we waited for the BMX bike show to start.
The kids really enjoyed the BMX show. One of the riders is regularly in the X games. Afterward, the riders signed autographs and the kids all got their own autographed card.
