Sunday-going to Las Vegas

I like the cloud shadows on the mountains.

We never noticed how mountainous the area around Kingman is.

Lake Mead.

Boulder city. I took the first picture over a wall that I could not see over so I had no idea what was on the other side. The second picture is an interesting building across from the gas station.

The beginning of the strip and its traffic. We should have gone a different way.

The bus next to us had an advertisement for M&M World.

We were originally at the Flamingo hotel but due to plumbing issues they moved us to Planet Hollywood. We got a very nice upgrade. It was a strip view room (you could see half of the Bellagio fountains) and we got a food and beverage credit. I really liked the bathtub and enjoyed a bubble bath everyday. We had the Batman Forever room.

Our room also overlooked the pools.

We met up with Bernard and Mandy who also were in Las Vegas for dinner at Rockin Taco. Then we took a walk through the Bellagio gardens.

My postcard picture of our hotel. The Paris hotel.

Bellagio fountain show. I could watch this all the time.

The lights in the lobby of our hotel. They hand place all the crystal strands at night.

Our home for 5 nights.
