My birthday tradition with my kids is to make them a piñata. It is a bonding experience that they love. Ellie wanted a ladybug for her party. Ellie and Eve were involved in the initial construction.
The finished product. Everyone helped with the end product. Paul spray painted the black pieces, Nate cut and crumpled red paper, Eve handed me the papers to glue on, and Ellie made the spots and the eyes.
