Fall Break-Monday Part 1

We had some water under our floor and it caused some mold so we decided to rip up the floor. Before we ripped it out we let the kids draw on it. They really liked it!

Eve was doubled over concentrating on her drawing. Nate was making an outline of Ellie.

Ellie traced her feet and then drew herself.

This says “I have a chicken egg in my pants” which is an inside joke with the kids.

Stormy was staying out of the way of the demolition crew and enjoying the outside.

We were switching around the dryer door and so Ellie took the opportunity to climb in. Eve also thought that looked like fun.

Fall Break-Sunday

Eve got a special birthday crown and the kids sang to her during Little Lambs at church.

Oma and Opa were here for the weekend and they took the kids to the park in the evening while we went to Bible study.

Beginning of Fall Break-Saturday

Our friend had a benefit for her friend that is going through treatment for breast cancer. We headed over and they had lots of fun stuff including a live band.

   

Painting pumpkins. Ellie made Opa (he had pink hair and purple mustache). Eve added more purple to an already purple pumpkin.

      

Her neighbors had this huge chair. Nate liked that it had six cup holders.

Volleyball Tournament and Fun with Eve

Daddy played in the volleyball tournament at the Christian grade school last weekend.

      

He had the best cheerleaders!

The kids got tired of cheerleading and went to play at the park.

Mommy had Columbus Day off but Nate and Ellie had school so Eve and Mommy had the day to play.

At Wal-Mart Eve liked the humongous blow up Christmas decorations.

 

She also enjoys putting money in these.

 

She wanted that pot to balance on her head so much and she was so happy when she succeeded.
