Eve loved playing outside this afternoon. Nate and Ellie were also having a great time but we didn’t get any pictures of them.
Stormy escaped outside and Eve wanted to be picked up so I ended up with both.

The full moon rising on Friday night.
Eve loved looking at the snow.
Playing in the snow. Eve wasn’t so sure about putting on all the snow stuff. It was a very wet snow so we were soaked by the time we went inside but it was great snowman making snow.
Ellie helping Oma make monkey bread.
Eve was excited about her new shirt. She learned how to say Oma and Opa this weekend.
Hanging out in the rocker on Sunday morning.
More snow play. They had to shovel out the back of the truck before we could pack our stuff.
Some of the snow and clouds on the way back to Phoenix.
The best quote of the weekend was when Nate poked his head out the door and said “Ellie! The Weather Channel is on!!” I guess our kids have been deprived of watching the Weather Channel.
Our Valentine’s Day tradition is to make heart shape pizzas. We had a fancy dinner at home complete with flower centerpiece and candlelight. The kids loved it! We also let them have special Creamsicle sodas for drink (the bottom right picture is the soda backed by candlelight). Stormy even joined us for a snack.
Eve was wearing the same outfit (including the shoes) that Ellie wore when she was first walking so we tried to catch a similar picture with Eve. Ellie was 11 months and Eve is almost 16 months.
Nate had spirit week a couple of weeks ago and here he and Daddy are wearing our hard hats for crazy hat day.
Nate’s school had space and science night last week. They made 2 liter bottle rockets, we went in a blow up planetarium, and made another type of rocket among other activities. Oma got to go with us since she was in town that day. Eve spent most of her time walking up and down the hallways. She did like going in the planetarium.
